The team is familiar with hospital standards, policies and cybersecurity requirements; knowledgeable in new technology and hospital operations; and has proven to be reliable and robust thus far. They listen to our needs intently and work with us closely to suggest solutions to achieve the desired and customized outcomes. To date, Greenfossil has implemented the QMS across other IHH hospitals, and we do see a continued partnership in the foreseeable future.

Sojourner is something more "complete" as a suite of solution, from role assignment to user accessibility / login handling to data management and functions such as attendance and course signup. Our previous system was doing something similar but required manual intervention here and there. In particular the ability to send email / SMS to a selected group, it is something very useful. The support behind Sojourner, from having the test environment to the issue log and support team, these are all great and helps us whenever we hit some issues.
Sojourner's ability to group members by type of ethnic services and the role based feature has been helpful... the relationships function makes it easy for us to locate and identify family members. The mass email/SMS feature of the communications module is a great improvement from the previous system.

Overall, Sojourner allows us to perform our Membership, Caregroup and Course management tasks effortlessly, effectively and efficiently.
